1. Aromatherapy machine blocked
Pure water or distilled water should be added to the aromatherapy machine. If tap water is added to the water tank, the water will dry and leave scale at the mist outlet and water tank, blocking the aromatherapy machine. When used in the future, although water mist is generated, it cannot come out.
Solution: When using the aromatherapy machine, remember not to add tap water to the water tank, otherwise it will clog and prevent the machine from being used. If the aromatherapy machine is already clogged, you can use a small brush dipped in 60 degree warm water to clean the scale. Alternatively, adding some salt to vinegar at home can effectively dissolve water and alkali, and zero gas will slowly spray out. Be careful not to use strong acid, as it is not conducive to maintenance and may cause damage to the machine.
2. The atomizer of the aromatherapy machine is broken.
Nowadays, many aromatherapy machines use the high-frequency resonance principle of ultrasound to achieve zero effect, so the quality of the atomizer is the most tested. The atomizer inside the aromatherapy machine needs to withstand high-frequency vibrations of 3 million times per second for a long time. Poor quality atomizer can easily break, causing the entire machine to malfunction. Solution: First, open the bottom cover to check if the fuse (safety) is burned out. If the safety is still good, try adjusting the potentiometer on the circuit board, turn it clockwise by a quarter turn, and then try again. If it still doesn't work, then you have to replace it with a new atomizer.
3. The aromatherapy machine has not been used for too long, and the oscillator is stuck, causing it to not produce mist
The working principle of an aromatherapy machine is that the oscillator vibrates to generate water mist, and then the fan rotates to send out water mold to achieve moisturizing effect. If the aromatherapy function is working but no water mist is spraying out, it means the fan is malfunctioning,
Solution: You can gently pat a little lubricating oil on the oscillator. If it's really useless, you have to go to the after-sales or maintenance personnel.
